Tom Zannelli has earned the designation of Senior Sales Agent at Paragon.

With over twenty years of real estate experience gained in two major U.S housing markets, Tom specializes in listing and selling single family homes, condominiums and multi-unit buildings.

Tom has extensive knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market with its eclectic architectural styles and construction. He is also an excellent contract negotiator, deal facilitator and problem solver.

Though he has a special love for the older Victorian and Edwardian properties that dot the North side of town Tom is also involved in the emerging neighborhoods South of Market Street, home to luxury condominiums and live/work lofts.

Passionate.
People enjoy working with Tom because he loves his work and it shows. It was when Tom accompanied his parents on their home buying tours at the age of eight that he developed a strong interest and passion for architecture that continues today.

While living in Cambridge, Massachusetts he lovingly restored the Samuel P. Faye House, an 1805 Federal-era home listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. He is now working on the re-design of his second SoMa loft.

Recognized as an expert in South Beach, Tom was one of San Francisco’s first Realtors to focus attention on the South of Market area that includes the enclaves of South Beach, the South Financial District, Rincon Hill and SoMa. His knack for identifying unique and intrinsically valued properties is an asset in helping his clients find just the right home.

Tom is a member of Paragon's Luxury Division that meets the needs of the owners and buyers of luxury homes. He is also the founder of Paragon's Market Watch Group for agents who specialize in neighborhoods such as SoMa, Potrero Hill, Noe Valley, Eureka Valley and Hayes Valley. As a member of Paragon’s Mentor Team, Tom helps train new agents starting their real estate careers.
